It has proved best by every test and in efficiency it can compete with any FOREIGN Expeller.
CONSTRUCTION
The Bed is fabricated from extra thick M.S.Plates, properly machined to ensure perfact alignment & facilitating eraction on proper foundation.
KETTLE
The jacketted base of Round kettle is of steel construction with welded seams hydraulically tested to adequate steam pressure. The Kettle is provided with single,double,triple,cooking stages which affords ample cooking capacity for all normal conditions,wet or dry climate. Fourth stage is also provided with air cooling jacket. It is called cooker-cim drier. This system is given with our A type Oil Expeller with single crushing fitted in solvent plants.
GEAR BOX
Gear Box is totally closed. All gears are of machine cut,run in oil both to ensure long life and silent operation. Shaft pinion and driving shaft are supported with most robost tapper roller bearings. All bearings are imported ad easily available from the market.
BARREL
Chamber Box: This is manufactured from M.S. extra thick plate of 1 1/4 & 1" and suitabley machined for assembly of the tempered cage Bars & Frame Bars. The Pinjra is made from extra thick square Bars and its bolts are made with extra heavy nuts,Barrel can be easily removed and refilled. |
